ACTIVITIES

The well known Proverb "All work and no play, makes jack a dull boy" is a repeated quote to reitrate the importance of sports in regular features of the school curriculum, our students participate in various events conducted by our school as well as by other institution. They exhibit their sporting spirits and bring glorious awards to the school.

Fifty cadets are enrolled in N.C.C. who show their patriotic sprit on the independence Day and the Republic Day parade. They play a key role in promoting communal harmony. They also take part in "GREEN INDIA" "INDIA MOVEMENT", ROAD SAFETY WEEK"; "ANTI TABACCO RALLY" "SWACHHA BHARAT ABHIYAN" inthecityand itssuburbs.

Our school has the privilege of Bharat Scouts and Guides. Girls and boys participate in large numbers in every year. They are awarded "Rajya Purskar" certificates by his excel lency, thre Governor of Odisha.

Productive and cultural aspects of our students are enlightened through various competitions at the school, state as well as national level which includes Essay writing, Eliocution,Extempore,Debate, Drawing and Dance etc.

A spacious indoor hall is provided by school for the students to play indoor games like Chess, Table Tennis, Carom etc.

In this Digi-age M.A.V school is aware of the importance of computer education. It has a weli furnished and fuiiy equipped computer lab. Many of M.A.V. students have secured 100% marks in this subject in ICSE board examinations. Overall result of ourschool isaiso 100% in ICSE board exams.
